Colomba is a traditional Italian cake baked at Easter. Following the same recipe as our much heralded panettone, these exceptional festive cakes are topped with an almond and pearl sugar craquelin, and baked in the shape of a dove.

Made using a sourdough starter at the Ulcigari factory in Trieste, the whole process takes three days, and results in the most delicious Easter treat.
